my journey through pastries and sweetness

Switching to a different diet or dealing with food intolerances shouldn't mean giving up the flavors and memories we love.

It was this realization that sparked my journey into the world of plant-based creations. The challenge was to recreate the same familiar flavors and textures while adhering to a completely plant-based approach, with an added focus on enhancing nutritional value.

Through attending courses led by international chefs and earning the title of plant-based pastry chef, I'm now excited to share my knowledge and passion with fellow dessert lovers who want to experience the flavours of traditional Italian treats or simply enjoy a tasty cake.
